- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I buy my insurance every 6 months on 3 vehicles and I shop to save. I informed them that they where not the cheapest and changed companies. After I telling them I was changing companies they decide to renew my insurance. I called them when they sent me a bill and I informed them again that I changed companies and my vehicles are insured. After canceling twice they send me a bill for $141.87 I go up there in person and explain to them I went with the money savings and never needed the added insurance they put on my vehicle's. They assure me it is taken care of and I leave. 6 months later I have a debt collector sending me a bill for something that I canceled when they where not the cheapest. I told them I refused to pay because of their neglect and is on my credit. I am sure I will be working on this for some time to come, I would not recommend them because of this.September 13, 2017by Danny Beasley
